PRE ORDER INFORMATION

A few things you need to know:

Estimated dispatch will be in Mid April unless your order includes embroidery.

Whilst we don't expect any delays - there is always a possibility so please keep this in mind.

For orders with personalisation, the dispatch time will be increased as we work through the personalisation process for each bag. If you need your bag in a hurry, we recommend upgrading to express shipping. Please note this will only reduce the shipping transit time - your order will still be personalised in order of when it was received.

Unfortunately, we won't be able to reply to individual emails enquiring about pre order delivery dates during this time as we will be prioritising timely dispatch of all orders.

If you order in stock items with your pre order items - these will all ship together. We recommend placing two separate orders if you'd like the in stock items earlier.
